Box 100 Waynesville, NC 28786-0100 Dear Permittee: NORTH CAROLINA Environmental Quality December 1, 2023 Subject: Unpaid Civil Penalty Assessment Waynesville WWTP Haywood County To date, the Division's records show that the following civil penalty assessed against your facility remains unpaid: PERMIT NUMBER ENFORCEMENT CASE E BALANCE DUE NCO025321 LV-2023-0129 1 $2,626.51 This penalty is now subject to collection by the Attorney General's office (AGO), pursuant to NCGS 143-215.6A (g). To avoid legal action by the AGO, you must pay the full amount listed above no later than January 2, 2024. Make checks payable to NC DEQ and include the case number on the check submitted.
