E. Impact Justification and Mitigation
1. Avoidance and Minimization
1a. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project:
The tract of land and the project area has been delineated in order to avoid and design the project down to the least amount of impact. We used the
narrowest wetland areas as our impact areas for crossing the wetlands.
1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques:
We are not open cutting the wetlands, but will be using pillars for and aerial crossing to avoid excessive impacts to stream and wetland areas. We will be
keep a 15 to 16ft maintained easment that will be maintained twice a year. Herbaceous strata will be inplimented and maintained.
