Yes that's the same address. When the lady that does my permits was working on this we never got anything at all
confirming or allowing me to pay. I never got anything until it was late and we got that notice.

I paid for this permit a couple of weeks ago. I'm not sure what's going on with your site but we had a
terrible time ever even finding this application. In fact, I didn't even know it was approved until you sent
me the notice to be paid. At that time I did pay it, but there could be multiple entries for the same
address because we could never get the application to show up and I never got any emails telling me it
was ready for payment so I guess we have two issues here. Do we have multiple entries for the same
address? or have you just not looked for the payment because it's going through my bank
