Hello Mr. Turlington,
I am reaching out to request an updated 401 certification for the Cumberland County Industrial Park Regulator Station
Replacement Project. We received the approved 401 certification (dated 9/14/23); however, in response to comments
from the USACE, impacts to on -site wetlands were reduced and a revised PCN (see attached zip file) was submitted on
10/10/23. We received a new 404 certification (also attached), but did not receive an updated 401 certification that
reflect the modifications. Is there any additional information you need to process this request?
