Per the submitted documents on October 6, 2023, DWR has additional questions regarding the docking slips. In
accordance with 15 A NCAC 02H .0506 (b)(1) the Division shall evaluate if the proposed activity: has avoided and
minimized impacts to surface waters and wetlands to ensure any remaining surface waters or wetlands, and any surface
waters or wetlands downstream, continue to support existing uses during and after project completion. The DWR is
placing your application on hold until such time as the following requested additional information has been provided
to complete the review:
1. Please update the site plan drawings for this current project DWR#2009-0731v6 to include the most recently
approved site plan that was approved by DWR#2021-1128. The site plan that was approved under 2021-1128 is
attached for you reference.
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c) the applicant shall furnish all the above requested information for the proper
consideration of the application. If all the requested information is not received in writing within 30 calendar days of
receipt of this email, the DWR will be unable to approve the application and DWR will move to deny your application as
required by 15A NCAC 2H.0506.
