Joey & Shannon,

You received a PCN for the Transylvania County Storm Fred Hightower Site around October 17. Recently we
have changed the design which is attached. The length/amount of the requested stream impacts to Indian Creek
are the same, 115 ft. On the attached Sheet 2.1 you will see that there are now two 50-ft areas of bank
stabilization upstream of the bridge instead of the one 100-ft area of bank stabilization along the east stream
bank upstream of the bridge. We moved a portion of the stream bank stabilization work upstream to protect a
waterline that flows to the fish runs located south of the driveway.
