The NCG010000 - Construction Stormwater General Permit for construction activities that are subject to the NC SPCA is scheduled to expire March 31, 2024. The NCG250000 — Construction Stormwater General Permit for construction activities that are not subject to the NC SPCA, but are subject to the federal Clean Water Act, is scheduled to expire May 31, 2024. DEMLR plans to renew both for issuance on April 1, 2024. DEMLR — Stormwater does not intend to conduct a formal stakeholder process because Stormwater does not intend to make major changes to either permit for this upcoming renewal and instead is focusing on introducing a combined electronic application process for DEQ E&SC approval and NCG010000/NCG250000 coverage and making the new system successful for all permittees. We are interested in any input you may have on this renewal. Please provide comments to ...
