Please note that as this is a considered a "new' application by the Division we are unable to assume any information provided in the previous application (20230198 v1) remains valid and therefore must require a complete application package. Please provide a response to the items below within 30 days of this email. Please note that the application will be considered "on hold" until a complete response is received. 1. Please confirm whether riprap aprons will be necessary for velocity control at the outlet of any of the proposed culverts. It is the Division's experience that velocity control is typically required by the erosion control program. If proposed, please update the impact table and drawings accordingly. 2. Please provide profile drawings indicated that the culverts will maintain aquatic passage. Please ensure that profile drawings include riprap aprons where proposed. 3. Please provide plan sheets that clearly indicate that the culverts will be installed "in the dry (dewatering)". Please update the impact tables to account for temporary impacts accordingly. 4. Please provide DWR stream forms for all impact areas. As DWR regulations differentiate between intermittent and perennial streams it is essential that we have sufficient documentation to support the statements within the application. 5. Please provide statement of availability and/or mitigation acceptance letters for the permanent stream and wetland impacts. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding these items.
