Please send a formal request via email to Gregg asking to withdraw the application that was submitted previously. Thanks! G regg, Per our previous discussion, please find the proposed new layout for Salt Wynd Preserve in Beaufort, NC. As you can see, the project boundary is approximately 150' from NHW and thus does not encroach on the 75' AEC. There is a very small section of coastal wetlands within the boundary and the remainder is 404 wetlands. Obviously no development is proposed in these wetland areas but we will still need you to advise if a major permit will be required simply due to their presence and proximity.
