Hi Kaitlyn,
Let's go a head and put something on the calendar for late April as a placeholder. I'll be reaching back
out at the end of March to finalize site visit days. Thanks!

Hey Andrew,
Thank you for your comments. Sounds good on the site visit in the spring. Would you like to get a date on the
calendar now, or hold off on scheduling that?
Thanks!

Subject: Monitoring Report Review Year 3 - Perry Hill II
Hi Kaitlyn,
DWR has reviewed the Year 3 Monitoring Report for the Perry Hill II Mitigation Bank Parcel and
have the following comments:
1. Overall, the site looks good, and the vegetation plot data appears to be meeting all success
criteria.
2. Some of the plots, especially 9 and 11 appear to show slightly lower heights. Additionally the
overview photos show some large areas with sparse stems and still look mostly like pasture.
3. Since this site is in year 3, 1 would like to request a site visit in the spring (after leaf out and the
DMS Perry Hill I monitoring report comes in) to check out the areas that seem especially sparse
in the aerial photos.
Seeinn as there are no outstanding issues with this site, DWR officially approves the year 3 monitoring
report for Perry Hill 11.
Please provide confirmation of bond renewal throuah next vear's monitorina period. Once DWR
receives your bond renewal, we can proceed issuing the credit release for this task. DWR authorizes a
20% reduction in the current bond amount.
Best,
