Subject: Environmental Summary Memo
The Atlantic & Southern Equipment project,formerly Pinnacle Cranes, did not perform a formal stream and
wetland delineation of the property prior to construction.The existing conditions of the project site consisted
of a gentle sloping grass field that was consistently maintained/mowed throughout the year.Along the east
and west sides of the site are existing roadside ditches parallel to SR601 and Slatebrooks Drive which are
consistently maintained/mowed. A desktop review of the project site was completed during the
design/permitting stage and no features were identified on the parcel (via National Wetlands Mapper).
