Mr. Farkas,
We are in receipt of the review comments provided for the permit renewal package for the above noted
project. Please find attached the requested documents to address review comments.
We have made every effort possible to account for the built upon areas constructed within the
boundaries of the original project. Much has changed with the overall phasing and layout of the
development since the original permitted plans. Sixteen lots have been subdivided for development and
many are occupied to date.Aerial photography,cad site plans and pdfs of approved site plans were
compiled to calculate the actual built upon areas of each outparcel. Maps area attached that should
help depict which areas are built upon with their respective allowed BUA compared to the actual BUA.
At least six outparcels have been identified as being constructed without updating the approved
stormwater permit.The owner has been notified that each of these separate parcels are required to
apply for their own off-site stormwater permits. Over the next 4-6 weeks, notifications will be delivered
to each individual property owner explaining the requirement for permit application.
