reaching out regarding your facility's coverage under General Permit NCG11, COC#NCG110158. We have received your
fee payments but we have not received a request to renew the facility's COC via the COC Request Form therefore your
facility's coverage under NCG11 is still considered expired.
Please complete the following actions:
1. Verify that you want to renew your facility's coverage under NCG110000
2. If so,Verify your facility's contact info with our Permit Summary Report. If anything must be changed, please
visit our NPDES Industrial Page and scroll down to "How to Update Permit Data"
3. Submit the COC Request Form.
