Alex,
If it is a correction to a recent NOI submitted, revised pages would be recommended. Otherwise, an email is sufficient.
We do request that you provide us the outfall coordinates in degrees/minutes/seconds rather than decimal degrees,
please. We must enter them in that format in our system, and if we have to convert from decimal degrees to do it, and
they are converted back again on the summary report, those values are sometimes slightly off because of rounding
constraints in our system for the report. To ensure that we are entering what the permittee identified and wants
entered, we ask for the coordinates in degrees, minutes, seconds(rather than decimal degrees).
Thank you,
Bethany Georgoulias (she/her)

Hello,
3
How does a facility, that has already received a certification of coverage (COC), update the locations (latitude
and longitude) of its outfalls (the number of outfalls is remaining the same, but the coordinates need to be
updated)? Does a NOI with the revised latitude and longitude for the outfalls need to be submitted?
Best!
Alex
