Given your proposed project is pending receipt of additional information regarding infrastructure impacts associated with the project, the Corps is unable to move forward with the permitting process at this time. Accordingly, the Corps has elected to administratively withdraw your permit application until the additional information is received. Please note that receipt of this information, if complete, will constitute the Federally Complete application receipt date for the Corps, and beginning of NC DWR's RPOT (Reasonable Period of Time) to review. Please note that an administrative withdrawal does not require you to re -submit an entirely new PCN (unless otherwise specified). We will continue to review and/or process your permit application upon receipt of the information provided by the IRT's review. We appreciate your understanding. Please respond to this email with questions/concerns Thank you, Christopher. D.
