When the samples were received by the lab the cooler temperature did not meet the preservation requirements listed
in 40 CFR 136 method update rule 2012 ( < 6 C). The parameters requiring temperature preservation have been
flagged accordingly with N1. The low level mercury samples were received with water in the inner and outer bag
indicating possible contamination of the samples. Thesample conditions do not meet the requirements of EPA 1669.
