The proposed plan will impact 0.041 acre of riparian wetland for construction of a retail building, parking lot, and stormwater management device. The low area in the northeast corner has been designated for stormwater management and will impact 0.06 acre of wetland, however a complete stormwater management plan has not yet been designed and approved. It appears the project meets the conditions of and can be authorized by Nationwide Permits 39 and 18. (WQC 3890).
