Dear Mr. Lastinger,
Enclosed please find the Pre - Construction Notification (PCN) that has been prepared for
the above referenced property, located on western side of NC Hwy 55 and the northern side of
Ralph Stephens Road in Holly Springs, Wake County, North Carolina. The proposed plan will
impact 0.041 acre of riparian wetland for construction of a retail building, parking lot, and
stormwater management device. The low area in the northeast corner has been designated for
stormwater management and will impact 0.06 acre of wetland, however a complete stormwater
management plan has not yet been designed and approved. It appears the project meets the
conditions of and can be authorized by Nationwide Permits 39 and 18. (WQC 3890).
I trust that this provides all the information that you require to authorize the proposed impacts.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please feel free to contact me at your
convenience.
