HomeMy WebLinkAbout20081473 Ver All_credit sale audit_EBX Neuse 9-2015_20150902NCDENR North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources Pat McCrory Donald R. van der Vaart Governor Secretary September 2, 2015 Mr. Daniel Ingram EBX Neuse I, LLC 302 Jefferson St, Suite 110 Raleigh, NC 27605 Re: Audit of Credit Sales for Nutrient Offset & Riparian Buffer Mitigation Banks owned by EBX Neuse I, LLC Dear Mr. Ingram: On July 27, 2015, Katie Merritt with the Division of Water Resources (DWR) notified EBX Neuse I, LLC (EBX), an affiliate of Resource Environmental Solutions, LLC (RES), that DWR was performing an annual audit of all nutrient offset and riparian buffer mitigation credit sales for all private nutrient offset and riparian buffer mitigation banks in North Carolina. Along with this notification, Ms. Merritt requested all credit ledgers along with all corresponding receipts and local government approval/verification letters for the following banks from January 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015: • Marston ( #2008 -1473) • Nahunta( #2008- 1473v2) • Arrington Bridge Phase I ( #2008- 1473v4) • Arrington Bridge Phase II ( #2008- 1473v4) • Rudolf (#2010-0408) • Buffalo Branch ( #2014- 0704v2) On August 12, 2015 and September 1, 2015, DWR received all of the requested documentation.
