Since the proposed culvert has a similar opening to the existing bridge, I have no objections to using a culvert at
this site.

Hello again, Travis and Gary. I would like your comments on another NCDOT proposed bridge to bottomless
culvert replacement. The site is located at 35.940291 N, -79.508400 W over UT to Little Creek. The attached
file includes the cover letter, PCN, bridge to culvert justification, site map, and plans. If you can have your
comments back within 2 weeks it will allow enough time to either verify the use of the permit or request more
information within my allotted time frame. If you have any questions or would prefer not to be included on
similar requests for comment in the future please let me know. Thanks again.
