Thanks for the additional information. However, we still need additional details to address item #3 from our initial
request.
3. Per Condition #13 of GC3890, placement of culverts and other structures in waters and streams must be below
the elevation of the streambed by one foot for all culverts with a diameter greater than 48 inches, and 20 percent of the
culvert diameter for culverts having a diameter less than or equal to 48 inches, to allow low flow passage of water and
aquatic life. Please provide a tvpical cross - section for the proposed culvert illustrating the appropriate burial depth.

The information you provided was just a photograph of a culvert. We need the detail illustrating how you plan to install
the culvert to meet the above condition. Contact me if you have additional questions.
