Inspection Summary:
This inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Intent. The facility manufactures asphalt paving mixtures for use
on roadways. Stockpiles of raw materials (sand, rock, recycled asphalt)were visible at the time of inspection. The NCG16
appears to be the appropriate permit, and no additional or objectionable activities were observed. The coordinates of the
outfall in the permit application are incorrect and should be changed to the following: 35.8282, -79.5824.
