Placeholder: Please provide a copy of the State Stormwater Permit once it is issued.
Response: Acknowledged. A copy of the State Stormwater Permit will be provided once it is received. The
project is currently in the queue for the State Stormwater Express Review Program
C4.0: Brunswick County does not maintain stormwater conveyances. The note added to sheet C4.0 should state
that all pipes and ditches outside of the right-of-way shall be in a permanent drainage easement dedicated to
the HOA.
Response: Acknowledged. The note on sheet C4.0 was updated accordingly. Please find attached the updated
sheet C4.0.
