The builder sent out their surveyor today and confirmed the stakes. They can't explain what happened. Can you please
send me a few names of the people that can help with the variance paperwork? Thanks

The first picture, are you standing where the house is now? Unfortunately, the other pictures are showing the area and

Hi there,
Attached are a few pictures from the build. The 4th one is a good picture of that area. The silt fence (which was
supposed to be the 50' buffer). You can see in the pictures that area doesn't have anything on the ground. The builder
has contacted their surveyor who is also coming out this week to do another survey. Thanks
