Yes we are standing where the house is. I also attached another picture of the lot (looking to the street). Both pictures
are when we bought the lot prior to even hiring a builder.

Hi there,
Attached are a few pictures from the build. The 4th one is a good picture of that area. The silt fence (which was
supposed to be the 50' buffer). You can see in the pictures that area doesn't have anything on the ground. The builder
has contacted their surveyor who is also coming out this week to do another survey. Thanks
