Good afternoon,
The DWR has reviewed the CAMA major permit application for fill of 404 Wetlands to construct a house and bulkhead at
737 Cannonsgate Dr. Newport, NC 28570. After conducting a site visit on October 31, 2023, the USACE determined that
this project will require mitigation for the fill of 404 wetlands. Please submit a credit reservation letter to fulfill this
mitigation requirement. The application is on hold until the information requested above has been received by our
