Thanks for the PCN of the above referenced project. I just forwarded pertinent information to USFWS and NCWRC for
comment. I also had a few questions about the project:
1) Is there any utility line work associated with this project (powerline corridor next to the bridge)? If so, are there any
impacts to streams or wetlands proposed?
2) The downstream end of the culvert appears to pointing more-or-less directly at the stream bank due to a stream
meander. Is any downstream erosion anticipated due to this project, and, if so, how have those issues been addressed?
