Please see attached pages 5 and 6 of the PCN form, which includes Wetland Impact #5A and Intermittent Stream Impact
4. Note that new impact totals are: 0.412 acre of wetlands (temp) and 36 LF of stream (temp). Waters of the US
impacts remain the same at 0.0224 acre (temp). I have also attached revised Figure 6 (specifically inset 3) and revised
Aerial Sheet 5.

Dang it Joanne! I knew I wou I d forget at I east one of those impacts. Let me add I m pact 5a to the PC N. It a p pears there is
an intermittent stream here as well. I need to touch base with the engineer to find out the linear footage of temporary
stream impact here. Once | correct the PCN, can |just email ittoyou both, or do | need to send hard copies to Raleigh
DVVKaswell?
The difference in impacts to the open waters is a rounding issue. Each of the impacts are so small, that it was hard to
capture it all in acreage. It really comes out to 0.22383 acre.
