Good morning,
We cannot remove outfall 001A because it will disrupt the current outfall infrastructure in eDMR, and I see there are
already reports created in eDMR for this permit. I have put a monitoring suspension on 001A beginning December 15Y so
that eDMR does not prompt for it. Was the other outfall a mistake, or was it removed at some point?
If a report needs to be created for November,just enter comments and disregard warnings for not supplying data for
001A.
I have revised the latitude and longitude of 001.

Hi Bethany,
We hope you and your family are doing well and staying healthy and safe. We are contacting you on behalf of
our client Carrier Corporation (NCG030452) in Charlotte, NC to update information in the NCDEQ Stormwater
database and in the eDMR system.
We were recently provided data entry privileges for clients that we are performing stormwater sampling and
when we attempted the eDMR data entry for the October sampling event we discovered that information in
their eDMR account is incorrect.
In additional to the outfall information being incorrect, we are not sure about the status of the eDMR account
for the certifier and/or submitter individual and if their account is correct or operating correctly with
submitter privileges.
Because of that we will be submitting updated eDMR Registration forms that will include additional FA's and
DOSA forms.
In the meantime, we wish to go ahead and complete the updates facility and permit contact and outfall
information so once the eDMR forms are processed we will be able to utilize the eDMR system for future
analytical sampling data input.
Below is the correct stormwater discharge outfall location information to update in the database.
Please see the updated stormwater discharge location information below and attached for Carrier Corporation
(NCG030452).
There is only one outfall location (001). Both locations 001 and 001a listed on the Permit Summary and in
eDMR have incorrect Lat/Long and there is only one location 001.
