Good Morning:
Due to recent surveying conducted of an adjoining offsite property, Pilgrim's Pride Corporation-Wingate
Feed Mill/Truck Shop has determined to re-locate the stormwater sampling point of Outfall No. 001A,
and add a new Outfall No. 003A. Previously, stormwater discharge from these two Outfalls were
joined/combined into the original Outfall No. 001A. Furthermore, PPC will discontinue perform
sampling and analysis of "Fecal Coliform" due to the fact this facility is "NOT" engaged in meat
processing as defined in Page No. 12 of NPDES Permit NCG060000.
Transmitted herewith is a signed updated Notice of Intent (NOI) for the Pilgrim's Pride Corporation
(Pilgrim's) Wingate Feed Mill/Truck Shop. An updated NOI is being provided to show the addition of a
third stormwater outfall. This information is provided in accordance with Permit NCG060000 Part E-
4(b) and Part H-9.
A hard original Revised NOI, a check of $120.00, and attachments are being mailed to you by USPS,
