I would like your comments on NCDOTs proposed replacement of a bridge with a bottomless culvert. The site is located at 35.980285 N, -79.326720 W over Meadow Creek. The attached file includes the cover letter, PCN, bridge to culvert justification, site map, and plans. If you can have your comments back within 2 weeks it will allow enough time to either verify the use of the permit or request more information within my allotted time frame.
