Close Out Status

On June 11, 2015, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) received a close -out packet from you on behalf
of the Division of Mitigation Services (DMS) requesting approval to close -out the subject site from
monitoring. On June 30, 2015, Katie Merritt with DWR visited the subject site to assess the vegetation and
overall site conditions. On July 1, 2015, Katie Merritt with DWR requested additional information to be
submitted with the final close -out request. More specifically, Ms. Merritt noted that this site would be closed
out for Nutrient Offset (Nitrogen) credits and would not be transferrable into buffer mitigation credits. On
August 4, 2015, Ms. Merritt received a final close -out report.
As a result of Ms. Merritt's review of the close -out request, the following mitigation is approved:
