Any sort of letter stating you are authorized to act on the estates/trusts behalf. If that is not readily available my
supervisor said we would accept a narrative from you as to the circumstances that have placed you in charge of making
improvements to the property.
Something I can place that in the file just in case any questions should come up in the future, though I doubt there
would be any, we would have something to refer to.

It's unusual to have a trustee applying for a buffer authorization and my Supervisor wanted me to inquire. Thank you
