In the private application I included the FTSE 04-16 "Flow Tracking/Acceptance Application" signed by the Manager. If for the public application I did not think I needed this form since the Town signed it which acknowledges they have the flow. I guess I am accustom to several decades ago when a State sewer public extension application did not need this info. Most of my work since then has been in delegated Municipalities. Is there a problem submitting the same FTSE that I provided with the private since the bulk of the flow is from the private application is going to this public main application? Thanks, K.
