10. Comments: Project has been completed and all necessary trees have been removed.The areas in which
this project covers have now been encompassed by a larger permit(MECKL-2023-033).
Permanent ground cover will no longer be necessary to close out this permit.Erosion control
measures from this project may remain installed until it has been deemed necessary to remove
them by the new permiee(NIECKL-2023-033).Erosion control responsibilities have now
been transferred to the new FRO for areas previously covered under this permit.
No additional self-monitoring or self-inspections are required.Project is in compliance and
released under the SPCA.Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater
Permit for Construction Activities(NCGO I)must be requested by the permittee via a Notice
of Termination(NOT)unless permit approval date was prior to April 2019.
