Staff met with Mr. Stuart Kerfkoff, Consultant and ORC of the treatment system. The property owner and permit contact information for parties associated with this permit need to be updated. Please submit the current contact information along with Back-up ORC contact information. The MRO has been aware that the treatment sytem has been offline since April of 2020. During this period, the system has had no flow to the outfall. However, elevated constiuents of concern (C.O.C.'s) are reported to be present in the wells. Groundwater is being monitored under Division of Waste Management (DWM) "Hazardous Waste Section" permit NCD091245969.
