Mr. Boss,

The wastewater treatment plant was found to be in violation of the SOC for the month of July.
Upon review of the data, it was found that we were out of compliance for the following, weekly
TSS, weekly BOD, and weekly geometric mean for the fecal. The BOD, TSS, and fecal
deficiencies were due to high flows passing through our secondary clarifiers. This caused an
upset in the clarifiers and allowed solids to pass through. Work is rapidly on going in the aeration
basin to get the aerators replaced and improve the treatment process. The next scheduled work is
to finish the secondary clarifiers, raising the wall height, and replacing the sludge removal
system. We are making every effort possible to stay proactive and prevent pass through. Should
