Private residence - the land is in natural habitat conditions along side of the lake.
Residential, undeveloped, etc.

7. Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or
why it is necessary):
Intent is to install a new boulder seawall along property line, connecting to existing wall.
First section proposed, approx. 80' starting at end of existing wall and running around point to pass severe erosion areas. Heights
ranging from 4' through to 7', overall budgets based on approx. 480 sgft. Wall will require Engineering and will have integrated
geogrid textile for stability and drainage rock.
