From Roxboro, NC- take Hwy 57N to Hyco Lake- approximately 10 miles- go past 3 bridges to Hyco Lake. Go approximately 2
miles to flashing light- there will be a Dollar General on the left- turn right onto Hwy 119, go approximately 1/2 mile to turn right
onto Cunningham Rd. Go 4 miles to turn right onto Franklin Rd., continue on Franklin and it will turn into Heritage Harbor Dr.,
continue on Heritage Harbor approximately 1/2 mile to turn right onto Clearwater lane. Property is the empty lot beside 381
Clearwater Lane.
