On behalf of Coulston Development, CWS will be submitting a Pre -Construction Notification pursuant to Nationwide Permit No. 29 to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and
North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality for proposed impacts to the jurisdictional waters of the U.S. associated with the proposed mixed use development. The
preliminary site plan is attached.
