See you then. I'll bring a paper copy of the plan with me and a tape measure. Hopefully some of their staking is still on site. Just let me know a good time for you and I'll meet you there. Also, happy to pick you up. Your office is in route. If you can't go today, then next Tuesday afternoon 2 PM+ as I'll be in Jacksonville in the morning, or Wednesday morning before 10 AM as I'm tied up the rest of that day. I'll have the engineer add the areas of existing impervious to the plans. Thanks for this clarification regarding the buffer impacts. I've run into issues with the City of Raleigh when it's not crystal clear what's the square footage of existing impervious in relation to what's being authorized that's new impervious so it would be good to have those areas. Also, there's a lot going on with this project so I was wondering if we could meet on site to go over everything such as the retaining wall, stormwater management, etc. I typically work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so let me know if you have availability on one of those days. Thank you. The area of Zone 1 & 2 buffer impacts included in the application table do not include the footprint of existing impervious surfaces within the buffer. Sorry if that was confusing. It was difficult to explain to the project engineer how best to depict this on the exhibit given the amount and different types of existing impervious surfaces out there. I think we got there in the end, but hindsight it probably would have been ideal if the exhibit would have also provided the areas (sf) for the existing impervious areas instead of just color shade them. I can probably get them to provide those areas if you need them. Happy Halloween! Are the buffer impacts shown in the application the total impacts in Zones 1 and 2 or the impacts after the existing footprint of impervious surface is subtracted from the total impacts? Thanks for your help.
