Chris,
I spoke with John Best earlier today regarding this application while we were discussing some others,
so I expect he will be reaching out to you.
The Gravity Sewer Design Summary on page 3 of the application needs to be updated to include all
of the gravity line(s) to be permitted; both previously permitted line lengths and new requests. Any
line lengths being replaced/changed need to be adjusted to reflect the change and then new line
lengths included in the table as well. I explained the needed changes to John, so please confer with
him about my comments and let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Chris,
There were constructability concerns with the plans that were submitted, so I am currently updating
them. The updates will be done next week. Can I resend the application then?
Thank you,

Katherine,
This project was originally permitted for 1988 linear feet (LF) of 12” gravity sewer (among other
things). The narrative provided states that approximately 35 LF of 12” DIP is being upsized/replaced
with 16” DIP.
The values in the table in section VII. of the application show that the modified permit will include 35
LF of 16” C900 PVC, 1217 LF of 12” PVC, and 781 LF of 12” C900.
This results in a total LF of 2033 feet (35 LF 16” and 1998 LF 12”). If the modification is for
replacement the values should add up to the original 1988 LF. If line is being added please make the
correction to the narrative.
If the materials are changing it should be reflected in the project narrative.
Please make the necessary changes to the application.
Let me know if you have any questions.
