Hwy. 8 (Germanton Road) . Turn right on Oak Summit Road (SR
1686) and proceed . 4 mile. Turn left on Whittier Rd. (SR
2224) and proceed .22 miles. Turn right on Lagare Drive (SR
2484) . Turn left on Novack St. (SR 2485) . Turn right on
Gayron Drive. The residence is the first lot on the right
next to the creek.

PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The system appeared to be operating adequately. The creek
had a good flow, was free of solids and was clear. No odor was
detectable.
I contacted Mrs. Griffin by phone on 12-9-92 . She said that

they are to be annexed by city in '93 and that sewer should be
available within 2 years, according to city officials. The
Griffins currently have the house up for sale.
WSRO recommends reissuance of this Permit with a 3 year
expiration date due to probable access to public sewer by that
time.
