The plant was non -compliant for effluent average monthly Total Nitrogen Limit at 4.63 mg/I (limit is 4 mg/1), average monthly Total Phosphorus Limit at 2.85 mg/I (limit is 2 mg/1), and daily limit Total Suspended
Solids for 1 sample the day after Labor Day at 12.6 mg/I (limit is 10 mg/1). The plant received some high effluent total nitrogen and total phosphorus values as tourist season slowed down. Rental companies have
begun deep cleaning houses for off season. Aeration and Micro-C (carbon source) were increased. Maintenance was performed on permeate headers, barbs and valves for the membranes durring the month to
and keep up with Flow. Additional membrane cleaning had to be done before and durring the Labor Day weekend. The September 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, and 28, 2023 BOD samples were estimated and did not meet
quality control requirements. The contract laboratory verbally discussed issues with their laboratory water supplier. They have switched suppliers and this issue is resolved.

The ground water lowering station samples were non -compliant for effluent average monthly Total Ammonia Limit at 4.00 mg/I (limit is 1.5 mg/1). The plant had some high effluent ammonia samples last month, but
this month the average effluent ammonia was 0.71 mg/l. The September 5 and 11, 2023 BOD samples were estimated and did not meet quality control requirements. The contract laboratory verbally discussed
issues with their laboratory water supplier. They have switched suppliers and this issue is resolved.
