PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Based upon this site visit, the septic system appeared to be
working well . Chlorine tablets were in the chlorinator, and the
effluent was clear. Mr. Brandon was advised to keep the area
around the tail line clear. The RRO recommends issuing the
Certificate of Coverage (NCG550039 ) under General Permit Number
NCG550000 .
