The property and system were well maintained and appeared to be in compliance with NPDES Permit No NCG550038. Please refer to the enclosed inspection report for additional observations and recommendations. I have also attached a Name/Ownership Change Form should you wish to sell the property in the future. Inspectors were unable to contact and meet onsite with the current owner, Donald Bradley. It should be noted the SFR serves the trailer behind the permittees house. The address for the trailer is 2906 Asheville Hwy. Inspector, Mikal Willmer spoke with Mr. Bradley on 12/20/2016 about the system and verified current contact information.The septic tank was pumped a year ago by Houck Septic Services. Mr. Bradley stated he checks the chlorine tablets and effluent pipe every few months. He indicated the system has never discharged.
