This residence is located at 180 Greasy Creek Road in the Buladean Community.
The wastewater facility appears to be well maintained with chlorine and dechlorination tablets in place. It is
recommended that you have your septic tank pumped every 3 to 5 years to protect your sand filter.
Also, remember your permit's annual monitoring requirement.
