Attached is an approved NWP 3 to amend the existing ditch to receive the additional stone for the culvert repair work
that vxediscussed.
Please let us know what next steps are needed in order for the Owner to proceed with the work which will in turn satisfy
NCDENR and subsequently NCDOT for roadway and culvert acceptance.
