Please see the attached letter approving the final credit release and closure of the Brice Creek Wetland Mitigation Bank. Please note that the final release for the site was adjusted
to 48.5 Non-Riparian Wetland Credits to account for the remaining roadbeds within the project. I encourage you to contact the long-term steward for the site to make sure they are aware
that the site is no longer in the monitoring phase so that they may begin the long-term management phase. This email is our official correspondence. Please let me know if you would
like a hard copy of this letter.

We will also need to update site records and ledger info in our RIBITS system for the site, but before we can do this we need an up-to-date ledger showing all transactions, and we may
also need copies of credit sales documents (mitigation transfer forms). I believe Erin Davis with our staff has coordinated these efforts with DRG.
