I saw your approval letter for the application but still wanted to formally respond for yours and David's files. As we spoke
on the phone on Thursday 10/26, the total length of the project is 40 linear feet. That breaks down into 12 feet of activity
on both sides of the channel just downstream of the culvert and then 28 feet of additional activity only on the right bank of
the channel downstream of that. The application has the correct totals. Apologies for any confusion! Thanks!

1. The Stream Impact (S1— Stream Stabilization) is listed in the PCN and map as having an impact of 40 linear feet.
A comment in the PCN submitted for this project states "Right bank is approximately 40 feet of bank

stabilization and left bank is approximately 12 feet of bank stabilization". Please provide the correct stream
impact (S1) and update the maps/PCN.
