The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until the following information is received: 1. The application needs to indicate the overall imperviousness of the project. The information included in the application is used to determine if the 401 Water Quality Certification Authorization will require the submittal and respective approval of the stormwater management plan by the Town of Cary. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(b)] 2. The site plan submitted with this application is not adequate and must be resubmitted. The current site plan includes hand written labels and features shown as simple hand drawn lines. Modify the site plan so that the stream is shown as an overlay and not just a line. Also, the plan must identify the footprint of the project and clearly detail the extent of what is proposed for impacts and what is proposed t6be avoided. Producing a legible scaled site plan for this project will likely require full -size plan sheets. If all of the requested information is not received in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt of this letter, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will,be returned. The return of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a complete application package and the appropriate fee. Please respond in writing within 30 calendar days of receipt of this letter by sending four copies of all of the above requested information to the 401 & Buffer Permitting Unit, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699 -1617. Please be aware that you have no authorization under the Water Quality Certification Rules for this activity.
